Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents and advisors engaged in the health agency division.
• Driving sales growth and meeting targets via the agency channel.
• Encouraging and motivating team members to achieve set sales objectives.
• Conducting regular meetings and reviewing performance metrics effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible.
• Minimum of one year field sales experience, preferably in insurance or marketing roles.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities are essential.
