Development Manager - Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead end-to-end real estate development projects for a dynamic private developer based in Saudi Arabia. This role entails overseeing projects from initial feasibility assessments through to final delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, perform financial modeling, and analyze investments to confirm project viability.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers throughout the design phase from conceptualization to detailed design completion.
• Supervise construction phases and manage project handovers, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and strategic plans.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including property owners, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 6 to 7 or more years of experience in real estate development with direct accountability for the full project lifecycle.
• Preferably have a background working within development organizations rather than consulting or contracting firms.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling and commercial decision-making.
• Have a successful track record handling complex, multi-stage projects.
• Exhibit excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to senior leadership. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of projects across various phases of development.
