Development Manager

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking a Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role where the candidate will be entrusted with leading and expanding a dynamic sales force to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and groom a competent sales team to perform at high levels.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to team members to meet and surpass company goals.
• Drive new business development initiatives and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Track team performance, delivering regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint opportunities for growth.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and operational procedures.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports outlining team and business performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, team leadership, or business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Self-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
