About the Role

The Designer at alfanar is tasked with crafting visually captivating and brand-aligned designs across multiple platforms and products. This role encompasses developing concepts, executing high-quality visual materials, and collaborating with various departments to ensure designs meet marketing and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative graphic concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital outlets such as brochures, websites, social media content, advertisements, and product packaging.
• Convert client instructions and project goals into compelling visual designs consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Partner with marketing and branding teams to deliver design work that supports corporate strategies and campaigns.
• Design logos, illustrations, and other graphical elements to enhance promotional and product-related materials.
• Develop layouts for digital and printed publications that conform to brand standards in look and messaging.
• Retouch and edit images to maintain high visual quality across assets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and content teams to generate design solutions reflecting company vision.
• Engage in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas to advance project strategies.
• Communicate design concepts clearly with internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Uphold brand consistency by strictly following corporate visual guidelines, ensuring uniform use of colors, fonts, and styles.
• Prepare final design files to meet production criteria including file format, resolution, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with print suppliers, agencies, and external partners to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of design projects.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining quality expectations for all design deliverables.
• Revise designs based on comments from clients, management, or stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and challenges.
• Keep abreast of current design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to introduce innovative ideas to design work.
• Recommend improvements to design processes and creative output methods.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Candidate must hold a Diploma Degree in Design.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in design-related roles.
