Position Summary

The Deputy Store Manager role involves supporting the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the store team. You will ensure the team maintains a strong sales mindset and delivers excellent customer service to maximize store performance and deliver a superior shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store operations, maintain store readiness, and achieve sales targets.
• Drive weekly promotional campaigns and foster a positive, energetic, customer-focused store environment.
• Lead, guide, and coach the team on the shop floor, acting in alignment with JYSK's leadership principles.
• Train team members on adopting a customer-first approach, identifying customer needs, and upselling products.
• Perform physical tasks and sales activities personally, setting a positive example for the team.
• Demonstrate commitment to progressing towards a Store Manager position in the future.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory or senior sales experience preferred.
