About the Role

Pidge is currently seeking motivated and dependable Delivery Executives to join their expanding team in Pune. This role involves picking up and delivering orders punctually and safely while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job Locations

Multiple locations across Pune including Tingre Nagar, Baner, Wadgaon Sheri, Bibewadi, Hinjawadi Phase 1, Kondhwa, Keshav Nagar, Sadashiv Peth, and Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹40,000 up to ₹80,000 based on performance.
• Weekly payments up to ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
• Additional incentives awarded depending on completed deliveries and performance metrics.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders within the assigned region promptly and securely.
• Efficiently follow established delivery routes to ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and partners.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Required Eligibility Criteria

• Must meet the minimum age requirement according to local laws.
• Possession of valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Own a personal bank account to receive payments.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler (or city-appropriate vehicle) and a smartphone with internet connectivity.
