Role Overview
Join a global technology and consulting organization based in Nagpur, specializing in delivering digital, IT, and business solutions that foster innovation, efficiency, and growth through cloud, data, and emerging technologies expertise. This position focuses on leading Lean Six Sigma and quality transformation projects within the Finance and Accounting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer Lean Six Sigma and quality enhancement initiatives targeted at the Finance & Accounting domain.
- Champion process optimization, automation initiatives, and implementation of Quality Management Systems.
- Engage with clients effectively to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Manage risk and drive operational excellence across various functions.
Required Profile
- Possess a postgraduate degree such as M.Com, MBA in Finance, or professional finance qualifications like CA or ICWA; Engineering graduates with relevant experience also considered.
- Bring over 10 years of experience specifically in Finance & Accounting transformation.
- Hold Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, with strong expertise in BPO quality, process improvement, stakeholder relationship management, and automation implementation.
