Role Overview

As a Grocery Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for picking up parcels or groceries from designated Blinkit dark stores and delivering them promptly to customers. This role demands timely deliveries, with a target of 10–20 minutes per delivery, and involves using the Blinkit Partner App to maintain your ratings and track timings.

Working Conditions

• Full-time or part-time position with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and nights.
• Mainly fieldwork requiring use of a bike or scooter.

Compensation Structure

Earnings are based on per order payment plus incentives and petrol allowance. The approximate earning per order ranges between ₹20 and ₹35.

Typical monthly income varies:

• Normal full-time: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
• High performance with long hours: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000
• Heavy workload with incentives: Above ₹80,000 possible

To achieve ₹40,000–₹50,000 monthly, one must work 10–12+ hours daily, complete 25–40+ orders per day during peak hours in busy city locations, along with receiving incentives and bonuses.

Note: Income is not a fixed salary; it depends on order availability, location demand, working hours, and petrol costs which the deliverer bears. Earnings may fluctuate, with some days yielding lower income.

Daily Example Earnings

Completing 30 orders at ₹25 per order earns ₹750. Adding incentives between ₹200 and ₹500 leads to total daily earnings of approximately ₹900 to ₹1200.

With 26 working days per month, typical monthly earnings for an average performer range from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000.

Requirements

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
• Possess an Android smartphone to operate the Blinkit Partner App.
• Required identification documents include Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
