Deli/Bakery Team Associate

Job Overview

The primary duty of a Deli/Bakery Team Associate is to create high-quality products for customers while providing excellent service at the counter. Associates are responsible for stocking merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to strict food safety regulations to maintain team standards.

Compensation Details

The hourly pay ranges from $16 to $29, with the actual wage being at least equal to the legal minimum wage for the job location. Additional financial incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. There may also be extra pay premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors like schedule, worksite, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if applicable.

This full-time role involves working either opening or morning shifts at Walmart Supercenter #3485 located at 2257 HWY 515, Blairsville, GA 30512, USA.
