About the Role

CK Rental (Chengtay Hong Kong Co. Ltd) is seeking an experienced Debt Collector to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite role focuses on managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments primarily in the equipment rental, leasing, or construction equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to follow up on overdue payments effectively.
• Achieve collection targets by proactively managing accounts receivable and recovering outstanding debts.
• Maintain favorable customer relationships while enforcing payment deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in collections, ideally within equipment rental, leasing, or construction equipment fields.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is considered a plus.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
