Data Scientist - AI Domain Expert (Remote Contract)

Position Overview

This role is for an AI Data Science Domain Expert engaged as a part-time contractor. The position involves working remotely within the United States, offering flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40. Compensation ranges between $100 to $200 per hour based on expertise.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated content and data outputs, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and contextually relevant.
• Create and fine-tune prompts to effectively direct AI models toward the target outputs.
• Assess AI model performance based on rubrics and deliver structured, comprehensive feedback.
• Conduct independent fact-checking and research to verify data integrity and improve quality.
• Support quality assurance processes including data annotation and thorough fact verification of outputs.
• Analyze complex datasets and distill findings into clear and actionable reports.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• Established history of producing or critically reviewing research papers, analytical reports, or technical documents.
• Exceptional skills in analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail across written and quantitative contents.
• Advanced capabilities in professional writing, encompassing report generation and business/technical communication.
• Preferred experience includes data annotation, content review, or rubric-based evaluations.
