Role Overview
FNRCO is seeking an accomplished technology leader to shape and run enterprise data platform and data management capabilities. The role focuses on strengthening analytics enablement, governance, and platform strategy while supporting large-scale data engineering delivery.
This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and offers the opportunity to lead enterprise data programs in line with Saudi data management requirements and recognized industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the direction for the enterprise data platform and data management function, including day-to-day operational oversight.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams made up of data engineers, analytics developers, solution architects, infrastructure engineers, and data management professionals.
- Advance governance initiatives that comply with SDAIA, NDMO, and NCA requirements.
- Build and manage the roadmap for analytics platforms, data engineering, and enterprise data management.
- Guide the delivery of data platforms that are scalable, secure, and built for high performance.
- Embed Agile delivery methods, DevOps practices, CI/CD, engineering standards, and ongoing process improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and business teams to deliver data solutions that generate clear business outcomes.
- Ensure analytics products, engineering assignments, and platform initiatives are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
- Encourage innovation by assessing new technologies and applying modern data engineering approaches.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 9 years of experience in technology, data engineering, or data platform management.
- A minimum of 4 years in a managerial role leading technical teams.
