Job Summary
Miradha Jewels is seeking a female candidate proficient in Gujarati for the position of Data Entry Operator. The role primarily involves managing and accurately entering detailed product information related to jewelry items.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain precise details of jewelry products, including descriptions, weight, purity, stone specifics, and pricing.
- Update inventory records using ERP or other software platforms.
- Generate and prepare purchase orders, sales invoices, and stock-related reports.
- Ensure data correctness by verifying and rectifying errors in product records.
- Maintain comprehensive databases for customers and vendors.
- Record inventory transactions involving gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Support stock audits and assist with stock reconciliations.
- Produce periodic reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management purposes.
- Work collaboratively with sales, production, and inventory departments to uphold accurate data management practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of all business documents and records.
Preferred Language
Applicants should be proficient in Gujarati to communicate effectively within the company environment.
