Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across various databases and software systems.
- Verify information before data entry to ensure correctness.
- Examine data for errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate entries.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
- Systematically organize digital documents and files for streamlined access.
- Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and records regularly.
- Conduct routine quality checks to maintain data accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments to acquire missing or updated data.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated deadlines.
- Adhere to company-established data management standards and procedures.
