- Translate business needs into measurable metrics and set up tracking solutions accordingly.
- Build an understanding of effective media planning so you can represent the data perspective for media teams and clients during planning and optimization.
- Develop dashboards and SQL-based database support for weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting and analysis.
- Perform ad hoc regression analyses to uncover relationships that may not be visible in dashboards or spreadsheets.
- Prepare polished, useful presentations for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help improve reporting and analysis processes, whether technical or business-related.
- Follow work through carefully to completion and maintain a strong focus on quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing or analytics.
- Strong creative problem-solving ability and the skill to explain results clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present directly to clients.
- Comfort with advanced SQL, data pipelines, and data architecture concepts.
- Experience with third-party media and analytics tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, Redshift, Rivery, Fivetran, Data Robot, and Dataiku.
- Familiarity with tag managers, tagging setup, website structure, and CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality.
- A background in a logic-heavy field or a role that requires structured thinking is preferred.
- AWS exposure is a plus.
- Programming experience, especially in Python, is a plus.
