Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team and deliver dependable, high-quality help to customers. You will serve as a primary contact for customer questions, problem-solving, and follow-up, while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions through email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Share correct and easy-to-understand information about products, services, and processes.
- Handle issues by investigating common problems and guiding customers toward the right solution.
- Recognize when a case needs to be escalated and route sensitive or complex matters to the relevant team.
- Record customer conversations and updates in CRM or support tools.
- Monitor open cases and follow up until each issue is resolved.
- Keep customer records accurate, current, and well organized.
- Follow service and quality guidelines while responding with empathy and professionalism.
- Spot recurring problems and contribute to improvements in support quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, attend training, and stay informed about product, policy, and process updates.
