Job Overview
We are seeking diligent Customer Support Executives to join our team at our Bengaluru office. The role requires direct communication with customers to resolve their queries and ensure a positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and patiently with customers through phone, email, and chat channels, handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing appropriate solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, especially with frustrated or confused clients, to foster a supportive atmosphere.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to deliver accurate and helpful assistance.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members and adapt swiftly to evolving tools, procedures, and customer requirements in a dynamic workplace.

- Work Type: Onsite at Bengaluru office
- Languages Required: Fluent English plus proficiency in one of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam
