Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive specializing in the finance domain to join Alpha Metrics Outsourcing Services located in Mumbai. This role involves providing both administrative and operational assistance within the wealth management and financial planning arena.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing and resolving client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Supporting financial advisors and relationship managers in their daily operational tasks.
- Processing various account-related requests while ensuring data accuracy.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between clients and internal departments to guarantee seamless service.
- Adhering strictly to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Fostering strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related area.
- At least five years of professional background in customer service, banking, financial services, or wealth management sectors.
- Fundamental understanding of financial products and account handling processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
