Role Overview
This opening is for a Chat Customer Support Executive at Sutherland in Chennai. The company is looking to hire urgently and prefers candidates who can join right away.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns over chat and provide clear, accurate responses.
- Identify the customer’s issue, understand the process, and follow the correct steps to resolve queries.
- Listen carefully to customers and respond with patience and professionalism.
- Adapt to rotational shifts, including predominantly night shifts.
- Work according to the 5-day schedule with 2 rotational weekly offs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in English.
- Ability to understand procedures quickly and apply them correctly.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shift coverage.
- Good listening skills and a patient approach to customer issues.
- Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview.
- Candidates should be able to join immediately.
- Location should be within 25 km of the office if cab support is required.
Work Schedule and Other Details
The role follows a 5-day work week with 2 rotational weekly offs. Shifts are rotational, with night shift being the primary schedule. Cab support will be provided depending on the shift and eligibility, and the candidate’s location should be within a 25 km radius. The workplace is Sutherland, Sriram Gateway IT Park, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station, Chennai. Applicants are asked to mention “Parkavi” at the top of the resume.
