Customer Support Executive

About the Role

This position is for an Apprentice Trainee supporting a leading premium bank's captive contact center focused on credit card customer service. The role involves addressing inbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, providing account information, and helping customers with banking transactions efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering queries and resolving their concerns effectively.
• Manage inbound voice calls related to credit card services.
• Maintain high-quality service while handling a large volume of calls.

Requirements

• Graduation degree or certificate is mandatory with the hard copy provided.
• Age should not exceed 35 years.
• CIBIL score must be 700 or above.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience, ideally in the financial sector, is preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple calls professionally.

Additional Information and Terms

• Work location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Work hours for females: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8.5-hour shift).
• Work hours for males: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• One rotational weekly off; six working days per week.
• Fixed salary plus incentives, with a fresher CTC of approximately ₹18,500 per month.
• Only candidates from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduating batches are eligible.
