Customer Support Associate (Remote)

About the Role

We are engaged by a client to appoint a Customer Support Associate working remotely on a contract basis. This role involves handling customer inquiries sent through email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that align with the company’s policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze incoming customer emails to determine issues, queries, or requests.
• Prepare clear, professional, and solution-focused replies to customer messages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and meeting defined service level agreements in all customer dealings.
• Work collaboratively with different internal departments to resolve complex customer problems efficiently.
• Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and the resolutions in the support system.

Requirements

• Excellent command of written English with accurate grammar and spelling.
• Experience with email management platforms and customer support software.
• Ability to operate independently without close supervision in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude to effectively manage customer concerns.
• Basic knowledge of data entry and proper documentation techniques.
