About the Role

This position offers a hybrid work schedule featuring three days remote and two days on-site weekly at 1000 Yard St, Grandview Heights, OH 43212.
Work Details
- Compensation: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: On-site Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Weekly pay along with health benefits provided
- Anticipated start date in August 2026
Primary Responsibilities
Your key duties involve underwriting and accurate processing of financial requests via data entry, complemented by outbound calls to confirm bank details or verify necessary documentation. This team concentrates on outbound distributions and internal fund transfers.
As a Financial Processor, you'll collaborate effectively within your team to achieve set service benchmarks. This role suits individuals who thrive in structured, process-driven environments and are adaptable to change.
Financial Processors assist clients in managing annuities, helping them interpret contract terms, evaluate withdrawal options, and understand tax consequences.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Preferred: Experience in swift transaction processing within the financial sector
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to multitask and follow through on assignments
- Comfortable with significant PC use (50%+ of work time) and navigating multiple systems/screens
- Expertise in precise alpha/numeric data entry with high productivity standards
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and contribute positively to the workplace culture
- Aptitude for problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Willingness to extend working hours when necessary to meet workload requirements
- Commitment to identifying and implementing process improvements
Qualifications
- Two to three years of clerical or office experience
- Experience gained during undergraduate studies
