The Fielders division, with origins in Adelaide, produces and distributes steel building products across Australia. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Storeperson to join their Bunbury, Western Australia team. This is a permanent full-time role focused on supporting branch operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading products from trucks.
• Efficiently picking and packing customer orders for collection.
• Organizing and locating product storage within the warehouse.
• Verifying picked orders, invoices, and branch transfers for accuracy.
• Performing general filing duties for receipts and invoices.
• Entering customer order data accurately into systems.
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse area.
• Assisting with stock counts in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
• Contributing actively to maintaining a safe work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a current forklift license.
• Prior experience working in stores or warehouse settings.
• Background in customer service roles.
• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Detail-oriented with competent computer skills.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Focused on continuous improvement and enhancing workplace procedures.
