Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative based in Dubai, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by managing a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving concerns effectively. This is an onsite role focused on outstanding service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and messages via WhatsApp, Email, and other channels.
- Provide precise and clear information regarding products, services, and order statuses.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-ups to guarantee full customer satisfaction.
- Log all customer interactions and keep records up to date.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to identify and implement customer solutions.
- Maintain consistent high-quality standards in all customer service interactions.
- Comply with company procedures and meet performance benchmarks.
Mandatory Qualifications
- At least three years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Superb multitasking capabilities and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail in all job aspects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the UAE market.
- Experience using CRM software and call center technology tools.
- Previous work experience in retail or e-commerce industries.
