Overview
The Customer Service Executive will be accountable for daily administration of insurance policies, including managing claims, documentation, customer assistance, and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards. The position also involves supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of new insurance applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations promptly and accurately.
- Conduct thorough reviews of policy documentation to ensure correctness and completion.
- Collaborate effectively with underwriters, insurance providers, agents, and customers to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Oversee policy issue processes, premium collection, and related documentation management.
