About the Role

Join BAB Consult's multilingual team as a Customer Relations Consultant, offering you the opportunity to work with international employers from Bulgaria. Start between August and September with flexible working arrangements including office-based in Sofia, hybrid models, and remote work from anywhere in Bulgaria after training.

Job Opportunities

• Customer Support: Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to handle product inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Back Office & Email Support: Manage customer requests and internal cases with primary communication through email; selected roles exclude phone support.
• Content Review & Digital Operations: Monitor online content to ensure compliance with guidelines and support digital safety.
• Business Support & Client Services: Assist international clients by coordinating requests and supporting daily operations.

Work Models & Hours

• Options include office-based positions in Sofia, hybrid models (including German, French, and Dutch projects with one week per month in office), and fully remote roles across Bulgaria.
• Schedules vary from standard Monday-Friday business hours, day shifts, to flexible rotational shifts depending on the project.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency at C1 level in one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Danish, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, or Russian.
• English language skills at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication abilities and customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and capacity to work both independently and as part of an international team.
• Previous experience is advantageous but not required for several projects.
