Job description
Overview
Recruit Plus Consultancy is seeking Customer Care Executives to join their Customer Support team. The role involves managing and resolving customer inquiries, handling escalations, complaints, and ensuring fault resolution within defined SLA timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Address routine customer issues by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Close faults and complaints within stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any graduation degree.
- Open to freshers; bulk hiring in progress.
- Experience in customer support (voice or non-voice) is desired but not mandatory.
Job Location and Language Requirements
- Work locations include Begumpet, Kukatpally, Pocharam, Secunderabad, Hitech City, and Ranigunj in Hyderabad.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or any native language is required.
