About the Role

We seek motivated individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service to join our blended Voice and Chat team at Maxicus Kochar Tech. This position entails handling customer queries via both phone and chat channels, ensuring each interaction reflects quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries using voice calls and chat platforms.
Efficiently and professionally resolve customer issues and complaints.
Provide precise and helpful information to maintain positive customer experiences.
Achieve designated quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks.
Accurately log all customer interactions into the system.
Adhere strictly to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Eligibility

Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate level.
Only male applicants will be considered.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
Excellent customer handling capabilities along with problem-solving aptitude.
Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Shift Schedule

Shift options include 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary up to ₹27,000 per month (CTC).
