Custodian (2nd Shift)

Position Overview

The Custodian role requires the ability to work independently within office and light industrial environments. This position involves physical tasks, including lifting at least 50 pounds and managing the job's physical demands. Occasional overtime work may be necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial and custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming carpets, mats, and rugs.
• Sweep and mop flooring surfaces regularly.
• Collect and dispose of office trash.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of all bathrooms and locker rooms.
• Maintain exterior building cleanliness, including snow removal, leaf cleanup, and other outdoor tasks.
• Clean glass surfaces in common areas.
• Complete all other assigned tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C driver’s license is preferred.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial work is desirable.
