Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will receive comprehensive training to confidently work across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This position is suitable for individuals with or without prior experience in food service roles such as dishwashing, cooking, hosting, or bartending. Our team culture emphasizes exceptional customer service and a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand following Chipotle’s high standards and recipes.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and maintain a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Rotate across stations including cooking, cashiering, preparation, and food expo duties as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout the restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Demonstrate a warm, enthusiastic approach when interacting with customers and team members.
- Have a strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills extensively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
