Role Overview

We seek a proactive Creator Acquisition Manager to lead efforts in prospecting, engaging, and onboarding creators, particularly in adult content niches, to grow our platform’s user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact adult creators and other relevant creators across various social media platforms.
• Establish and nurture relationships, facilitating their onboarding journey onto the platform.
• Handle outreach communications, timely follow-ups, and drive activation.
• Convert potential leads into active creators contributing to platform growth.
• Refine outreach messages, workflows, and acquisition techniques for effectiveness.
• Test and implement innovative growth tactics and optimize proven strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Background in outbound sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or business development.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple conversations concurrently.
• Confidence and skill in engaging and converting prospects online.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with OnlyFans or comparable creator platforms.
• Understanding of the creator economy and digital monetization models.
• Experience using Telegram and participating in creator communities.
• Knowledge of CRM software, outreach automation, or lead generation tools.

• Regular onboarding of new active creators onto the platform.
• Improvement in conversion rates across the creator acquisition funnel.
