About the Role

JAYS GROUP is seeking a dynamic Creative Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves producing compelling content across varied social platforms and engaging directly with audiences through on-camera appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop captivating social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Participate in video shoots and appear on camera as required for promotional materials.
• Create inventive Arabic captions, marketing copy, and promotional content that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate in planning and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Partner with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas and launch promotional efforts.
• Support e-commerce marketing initiatives including online promotions and product introductions.
• Track content performance metrics and recommend enhancements guided by insights and emerging trends.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in social media, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Proficient Arabic speaker with excellent writing and copywriting skills in Arabic.
• Comfortable with being on camera for marketing and social media content.
• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing is essential.
• Strong creative abilities paired with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content production tools.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 4,000 to AED 8,000, depending on experience.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with two days off per week.
