Job description
About The Role
We are looking for a dependable, organised, and proactive Corporate Support Officer to assist with the daily administrative functions at a Ministry of Education Primary School near Marsiling MRT. This role involves close collaboration with the Vice Principal, Administration Managers or Executives, and other school leaders to help maintain efficient school operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle core clerical duties including providing counter services and performing basic data entry tasks.
- Attend to students in the First-Aid Room and provide basic first-aid assistance when needed.
- Support ad-hoc tasks such as preparing materials which may involve printing, cutting, and lamination work.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification is GCE 'N' Level or an equivalent certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively with good time management skills.
- Team player with a collaborative working style.
Experience
- At least one continuous year of clerical experience within a primary school setting, including responsibility for first-aid duties.
Preferred Qualification
- Possessing a current first-aid certification is preferable.
Employment Details
- Contract duration: 1 November 2026 to 30 October 2027.
- Location: Near Marsiling MRT, Singapore.
- Working shifts available:
- Shift 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM including 45 minutes lunch break; Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 4:15 PM including 45 minutes lunch.
- Shift 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM including 45 minutes lunch break; Wednesday from 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM including 45 minutes lunch.
- No work required on weekends or gazetted public holidays.
