About the Role

Resthaven Murray Bridge Residential Services invites applications for a full-time Coordinator of Hospitality Services. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to enhancing the living experience of residents by overseeing the quality and delivery of hospitality services within a supportive and caring environment.

Key Duties

• Ensure delivery of high-quality meal services to residents adhering strictly to food safety regulations.
• Assist in preparation of the site’s budget requests and maintain vigilant monitoring of expenditure, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Manage coordination of cleaning and maintenance services to meet established standards.
• Lead and organize housekeeping personnel and associated duties effectively.
• Stay updated with relevant legislation, current work practices, and innovative hospitality industry developments.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in coordinating hospitality services, ideally with experience in aged care settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities managing diverse teams with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing stock control and ordering systems.
• Ability to perform well under pressure managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management within aged care or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
