Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractor onboarding processes, including compliance, mobilisation, and assignment paperwork, to prepare contractors for timely project starts.
• Serve as the main communication channel for contractor and client inquiries throughout assignments, providing professional and prompt assistance.
• Keep contractor records precise and up to date in internal systems, ensuring all compliance documentation is thoroughly maintained.
• Proactively address and resolve challenges to ensure seamless operations for contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Collaborate effectively with Recruitment Consultants, Business Development Managers, Payroll, Finance, and Operations departments to deliver outstanding contractor management and customer service.
