Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Continental Cook to join our culinary team at 15 Miles Playzone in Jalandhar, Punjab. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing excellent quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and efficiently managing kitchen operations in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure that all food items are fresh, stored correctly, and delivered promptly.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and sanitized at all times.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Track inventory levels and notify management when supplies run low.
• Assist with menu planning and the daily functioning of kitchen activities.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to maintain smooth service.

Requirements

• Preferably has prior experience working as a Cook.
• Familiarity with culinary preparation techniques and kitchen tools.
• Capability to perform well under the pressure of a busy kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
