The Role
We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our expanding team, entrusted with overseeing content direction for various client portfolios. This strategic and creative position involves devising content pillars, scripting, scheduling content calendars, and ensuring each content piece is purposeful with an engaging hook that captivates audiences.
This role suits professionals passionate about short-form content who comprehend what prompts user engagement and can align content with clients' objectives on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement content strategies and pillars for multiple clients concurrently.
- Develop scripts for diverse video formats including skits, educational segments, talking head pieces, UGC-style, and reaction videos.
- Design and maintain monthly content calendars, underpinning each content choice with clear reasoning.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on edited content before publication to ensure quality and brand cohesion.
- Monitor changes in social media algorithms, trending formats, and new content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Analyze content impact and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to align content initiatives with broader client marketing and business goals.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to consistently deliver innovative, platform-native content ideas.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in content strategy, social media, copywriting, or a similar creative discipline.
- Proficient in scriptwriting across multiple styles and tones, including educational, humorous, and aspirational.
- Comprehensive knowledge of short-form content mechanics such as hooks, pacing, retention, and platform algorithms for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Experienced in building detailed content schedules and managing several accounts at once.
- Capable of directing and collaborating with creative production teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate it into effective content strategies.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral.

- Hands-on experience in shooting and self-directing content beyond scripting.

Work Conditions
Salary ranges from SGD 4000 to 4500 per month. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a hybrid attendance model (three days in office, two days remote).
