Role Overview

This position calls for an on-site Content Creator / Videographer who leads daily shooting and editing activities. This individual is the primary videographer responsible for creating everything from daily social media clips to comprehensive YouTube videos, managing the content workflow from start to finish without assistance. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the role demands independence, responsibility, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, founder-driven environment. The role carries significant trust and ownership despite being junior in title.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment and system checks every morning.
• Scout the dealership floor, service areas, and purchasing activities to source compelling stories for content.
• Prioritize and differentiate between content intended for short social reels and long-form YouTube videos.
• Develop quick pre-production plans, including hooks, shot lists, B-roll, and audio needs.
• Operate mobile production equipment, including company-provided iPhone, gimbal, and wireless microphones, shooting vertical video for social media and horizontal for YouTube.
• Lead entire shooting and editing processes for long-form YouTube content.
• Edit and publish daily short-form videos by 10 AM, crafting captions and engaging with audience comments.
• Use DaVinci Resolve to edit horizontal YouTube content.
• Manage, organize, and back up all footage meticulously, adhering to strict naming and storage policies.
• Continuously study trends, analyze past content, and propose fresh creative ideas.

• Possess 1 to 2 years of video shooting and editing experience or exhibit a strong self-taught portfolio demonstrating skill.
• Located in or near Jacksonville, FL with dependable transportation; role requires presence at the dealership.
• Bonus: interest in motorcycles through riding, mechanical work, or passion is advantageous though not mandatory.
