Consultant TRM

Position Overview

We are seeking a SAP TRM Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role requires a deep expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) as well as proficiency in PSCD/FICA modules, particularly focusing on the payments and refunds domain tied to tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business processes and challenges, leveraging SAP standard procedures wherever applicable.
• Lead workshops to capture and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project scope and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate requirements, address gaps, and collaborate with clients to identify additional scope where necessary.
• Engage confidently with clients to propose optimal solutions and reach consensus on implementation strategies.
• Support project teams in developing client-specific solutions and assist in application and technical architecture design.
• Help maintain project schedules by managing personal tasks and milestones independently.
• Provide regular updates to project management on progress, challenges, and client feedback.
• Adhere to project quality standards, prioritize activities according to project timelines and budgets, and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Utilize SAP methodologies, tools, and standards effectively within client business and technical contexts.
• Collaborate with peers, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to enhancing team effectiveness and knowledge sharing.

Required Experience and Expertise

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in SAP TRM and PSCD/FICA modules.
• Solid knowledge of refund processing, disbursement, and payments integration within SAP.
• Strong understanding of tax authority business processes, tax legislation, and taxation concepts including returns, credits posting, and refund disbursement.
• Familiarity with SAP form-based processes related to returns and tax purposes.
• Experience working with General Ledger (GL) account configuration in financial accounting and PSCD modules.
