Construction Worker - Earthworks and Roadworks (Germany)

About the Position

We are looking for experienced earthworks and road construction workers to join projects in Germany, including locations such as Würzburg, Fehmarn, Bremen, Magdeburg, and Kiel. This role offers stable employment and honest working conditions under German legal standards. Compensation and Benefits

• Net monthly salary approximately 3000€ for full-time employment.
• Weekly advance payments of 200€ every Thursday.
• Employer-provided free accommodation.
• Base pay is 14.00€ gross per hour plus travel allowances and additional bonuses related to project commutes.

Job Responsibilities

• Executing tasks related to the construction and renovation of roads, sidewalks, and road infrastructure.
• Performing earthworks and water-sewage system activities.
• Preparing and leveling terrain for asphalt and paving stone surfaces.
• Laying paving stones, curbs, and edging.
• Constructing substructures and preparing surface layers.
• Operating basic construction tools and equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve ongoing road and paving projects.
• Maintaining cleanliness on the construction site and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in earthworks or roadworks roles.
• Communicative proficiency in German or English to ensure effective working communication.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory to independently commute to work sites.
• Own work clothing and basic tools are required.
