Position Summary

We are seeking Construction Labourers to support our building operations across Edmonton. The role entails performing general labor tasks, assisting site preparation and maintenance, handling light equipment, and ensuring projects are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate light machinery such as skid steers and compactors.
  • Support site preparation activities and general construction work.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in an organized manner.
  • Provide spotting assistance for equipment and vehicles on site.
  • Assist construction supervisors and crews as needed.
  • Install temporary fencing arrangements for construction sites.
  • Conduct general site cleaning and upkeep.
  • Perform manual labor tasks aligned with project requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures strictly.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in construction labor roles.
  • Valid CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certification.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve through on-the-job training.

Preferred Certifications and Experience

  • H2S Alive certification.
  • Ground Disturbance certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Experience operating light construction equipment.
