Concrete Finisher

Position Overview

Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join their team in Memphis, TN. Candidates will be involved in preparing and finishing various concrete structures and must comply with all safety standards while working in a drug-free environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and install concrete forms accurately.
• Mix concrete and cement materials for various applications.
• Place and finish concrete surfaces, including columns, floors, walls, foundations, sidewalks, curbs, and more, utilizing both hand and power tools.
• Align forms for concrete elements such as walls, beams, and floors; patch voids; and create expansion joints by cutting with saws.
• Perform pointing and patching of concrete structures as necessary.
• Maintain adherence to safety regulations and perform physically demanding tasks including prolonged stooping, bending, and standing.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction as a cement mason or concrete finisher.
• Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
