Community Manager - Arabic Speaker

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to handle daily operations and foster resident engagement for a residential property in Dubai. This position is with a sister organization linked to a reputable real estate group, providing a chance to join a thriving, expanding team within a reliable network.

The successful candidate will possess thorough knowledge of tenancy laws in the UAE, regulations from Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and proven community management best practices. The focus will be on improving resident experience, maintaining building standards, and promoting a lively and inclusive community atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for residents, professionally managing their concerns, complaints, and questions.
• Ensure adherence to all RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality rules, and legal standards applicable in the UAE.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as maintenance, security, and housekeeping to maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and building functionality.
• Organize building inspections, health and safety audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations including fire safety, pest control, and elevator certifications.
• Oversee move-in and move-out procedures, managing all documentation, property inspections, and access coordination.
• Keep resident files, lease records, and incident logs up to date, safeguarding data privacy and legal compliance.
• Aid leasing and renewal processes by boosting resident satisfaction and minimizing tenant turnover.
• Implement and uphold building policies, house regulations, and community standards with fairness and tact.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in community or property management within Dubai or the UAE.
• A bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Possession of RERA Certification or similar accreditation is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, RERA rules, and local community management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict management expertise.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Competency with property management software and communication platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
