Community Manager

About the Role

We seek a warm, proactive, and organized Community Manager to actively engage with our expanding digital audience and nurture meaningful connections within the community.

Key Duties

• Reply promptly to comments, direct messages, and inquiries from community members.
• Interact fluently with followers in both Hindi and English languages.
• Oversee WhatsApp groups and other digital community platforms.
• Welcome new participants and sustain constant engagement across channels.
• Disseminate relevant updates, reminders, resources, and announcements to members.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested individuals and program participants.
• Gather community feedback, testimonials, and frequently asked questions.
• Collaborate closely with content creators and operations personnel.
• Keep straightforward records of queries, responses, and subsequent engagements.
• Ensure communication maintains a warm, positive, and professional demeanor consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Comfortable interacting bilingually in Hindi and English.
• Personable traits such as friendliness, patience, empathy, and approachability.
• Well-organized and reliable in performing follow-ups.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, and standard digital tools.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in community management, customer support, or social media preferred but not required.

Additional Details

This is a fully remote, part-time position featuring flexible working hours; however, consistent availability is essential to maintain timely responses and engagement with the community.

Remuneration: A monthly salary of ₹15,000 is offered for this role.
