Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles.
• Create AI-powered tools and sophisticated Excel models to analyze financial and operational data.
• Prepare both standardized and ad hoc reports detailing performance metrics for finance partners and leaders.
• Investigate variances in sales, product mix, and overhead costs to identify drivers and support detailed commentary.
• Contribute to financial evaluation of business cases and capital investment projects.
• Provide backup support within the Finance Business Partnering team, gaining exposure to RDTI, IS finance, and intercompany recharge processes.
• Engage in special analyses, projects, and continuous process enhancements as needed.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Previous experience in an analyst, FP&A, or commercial finance support capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Effective communication skills to clearly present analytical findings.

Preferred Skills

• Progress towards or possession of CA, CPA, or CIMA qualifications.
• Knowledge of Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM/CPM tools.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software.
• Understanding of intercompany and recharge processes.
