This position involves leading the commercial management of multiple large-scale steel construction projects, contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the commercial execution across several active construction projects.
• Oversee tendering processes and estimation activities to secure advantageous contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage associated commercial risks diligently.
• Maintain strict control over costs, budgets, and financial reporting for projects.
• Handle contract variations, claims, and finalize accounts effectively.
• Provide support and guidance to Quantity Surveyors and other commercial team members.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in domains such as Structural Steel, Main Contracting, Heavy Civil Engineering, Industrial Construction, or Large Commercial Projects.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in contracts and commercial management within construction.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Proven leadership in managing commercial teams.
• History of steering construction projects towards profitability.
