FutureSight invites an entrepreneurial leader to join as Co-Founder and CEO for Weli AI, a B2B WealthTech startup. This role represents a co-founder partnership offering significant founder equity, rather than a traditional salaried executive position.

Weli AI serves as an embedded intelligence layer for wealth advisors, designed to seamlessly integrate market intelligence, news updates, and client portfolio data. It delivers prioritized next-best actions and automatically drafts client communications mimicking the advisor's tone. Instead of a separate dashboard, Weli AI works within existing CRM and portfolio management systems, empowering proactive client engagement, customized guidance, and scalable Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the venture’s strategy, including ideal customer profile, pricing structure, and product market fit.
• Drive customer engagement by managing pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors, converting pilots into revenue-generating customers, and establishing the go-to-market process.
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to launch the initial product version and continue iterative improvements based on user feedback.
• Steer fundraising efforts, leading the seed round with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the founding team and cultivate the company culture foundational to the venture's growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Has prior experience founding or co-founding a venture-backed startup.
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experienced and comfortable leading fundraising efforts and building investor relations.
• Adept at attracting, mentoring, and retaining high-caliber talent.
• Fully understands the challenges and risks associated with launching and scaling a venture-backed company.
• Has direct familiarity with WealthTech, AI agents, and large language models (LLMs).
