About the Role

FutureSight is inviting a visionary Co-Founder & CEO to spearhead Omnex, an innovative AI-powered operating system designed for sellers in multi-channel e-commerce marketplaces. This is a unique co-founding opportunity offering substantial founder equity instead of a traditional salaried position. The current landscape sees e-commerce sellers juggling numerous fragmented software solutions and manual processes across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart. This creates inefficiencies due to conflicting data and a multitude of daily operational decisions involving pricing, inventory, advertising, fulfillment, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine the venture’s strategic plan including ideal customer profile, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Drive customer engagement by leading pilot programs with e-commerce sellers and converting these into paid contracts, developing a strong go-to-market approach
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to launch version one and continuously enhance based on user feedback
• Lead fundraising efforts for the seed round, leveraging FutureSight’s networks and progress as support
• Recruit, build, and lead the founding team while cultivating a strong company culture

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a founder in a venture-backed startup
• Proven success in B2B SaaS markets, specifically in sales and customer relationship management
• Strong fundraising skills with experience developing compelling narratives and securing capital
• Ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-performing talent
• Full appreciation for the challenges and commitments required in co-founding a venture-backed enterprise
• Direct expertise in e-commerce, such as running multi-channel businesses, selling SaaS into e-commerce, or developing tools for scale
• Existing connections within the e-commerce seller ecosystem, including Amazon vendors, Shopify merchants, and third-party logistics providers
