About the Role

We are seeking three motivated and dedicated CNC Laser Operators to join our production team in Wangara, Western Australia. The role involves:

• Running CNC laser cutting machines efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of component quality
• Handling materials safely and effectively
• Operating forklifts as required
• Keeping the work area and equipment clean
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

While previous experience in laser or plasma cutting is preferable, relevant backgrounds in engineering or fabrication will provide a strong foundation. Training for machine operation will be provided.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working in manufacturing environments
• Current Australian forklift licence is mandatory
• Good computer skills
• Willingness to work shifts (three shifts available)
• Dependable, honest, and hardworking with a cooperative team spirit
