Role overview
This opportunity is for a Cluster Head Barista to oversee coffee operations for a leading coffeeshop chain in the UAE. The role is based in Dubai and covers a group of eight branches in total: seven in Dubai and one in Abu Dhabi. It is a full-time, fixed-term position with a six-day working week and an 8-hour daily shift.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule a large barista team across multiple branches.
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations throughout the UAE.
- Guide the strategic development of the company’s coffee menu in the UAE.
- Maintain high standards across the full coffee process, from grinding and extraction to latte art presentation.
- Ensure correct use and handling of professional coffee machinery and equipment.
- Monitor guest service quality and uphold premium hospitality standards.
- Support compliance with cleanliness and safety expectations in the HoReCa environment in the UAE.
- Handle scheduling, stock control, staff training, and quality assurance.
- Track bar performance, including P&L, and customer satisfaction.
- Calibrate equipment regularly to protect drink quality and consistency.
- Control coffee and supply inventory and work to reduce waste.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Head Barista managing multiple branches in the UAE.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a large barista team.
- Strong understanding of coffee operations, including equipment use and drink preparation techniques.
- Ability to develop menus and introduce new beverages.
- Solid knowledge of hospitality service standards.
- Good awareness of cleanliness and safety requirements in the UAE HoReCa sector.
- Practical management experience in scheduling, inventory oversight, training, and quality control.
- Fluent English is required.
- Russian language skills are an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Personal qualities should include leadership, responsibility, energy, customer orientation, and strong attention to detail.
